The whole process took much longer than it should have, even taking into account the fact that we went into lockdown after we had started, and we had to ring them to ensure they were chasing what needed to be chased. We would not use them again, nor recommend them to others.

Our situation was complex, as we were buying a second family home on the Isle of Skye and the sellers were pushing us for an unreasonable settlement date - Sabbi and Hannah did everything in their power to escalate our application with the lender and they succeeded in moving us up the queue - we were able to settle before Christmas and we are now the proud new owners of our wee slice of paradise on the Isle of Skye. Hannah then took us over to process the application - wow, she is amazing - her attention to detail and her availability on phone and on email was impressive - she is an amazing asset for your organisation, so make sure you keep her sweet! Megan took over from Hannah to complete the transaction and according to my Solicitor (my daughter), she is one of the best Mortgage client that she has dealt with - she contacted our Solicitor on several occasions just to check that everything was going according to plan in terms of the legal elements of the transaction (remortgaging). All in all, I would definitely recommend Your Mortgage People to friends and family - they are superb :]
