sabbi's a credit to the company, he helped me through my remortgage etc, passed me on to the rest of the team to finish off the deal, very happy, bit slow in returning messages ( but maybe that was me being impatient )

I have had an easy transition with my remortgage. The people at Your Mortgage that I dealt with were courteous, friendly, concise and extremely knowledgeable. Each and every enquiry I had was answered promptly. We weren't aware that you could go direct to a mortgage company. Which if we had or been told that we wouldnt of had to pay the £200 admin fee for using your mortgage people. We ended up staying with the same compay because of covid and lenders wanting a higher % for deposit. I think it would of been nice for them to of told us we could go straight to our mortgage company since we weren't changing lenders. We felt like we got mugged off basically.

So I had no idea what I was doing remortgaging the house. Sabbi was really helpful, Hannah and Megan also. Be prepared to wait a while as during these unusual times the banks are slow. But these guys ALWAYS message back and are super helpful

As long as you realise you’re paying a lot of money for the service at the start, you’d be hard pushed to find much to complain about from initial contact right through to completion. Only one slight hiccup as nearing completion but no fault of YMP really rather the lender which I panicked about but soon resolved. All of my needs were met. Got everything sorted as well as new insurance. Overall very happy
