We have no complaints regarding Your Mortgage People. We went to them hoping they could help us purchase our family home and they found us a mortgage that was right for us. They are easy to contact and they are always happy to help with any questions or queries you have. Throughout our purchase journey we have had issues with our solicitor handling the case and Your Mortgage People have had their fair share of issues with them too. Due to our solicitor, our complication from the start of looking for a mortgage to us becoming home owners has taken us 9 months and through all of it Your Mortgage People have had our backs throughout. We will be going back to them in 5 years time to see if we are still on the correct mortgage rate and we will recommend them to our family and friends.

Cannot thank the team that worked on our remortgage enough. Without their support it would have been a total nightmare for various reasons (none of them down to these guys) but they kept everything going, communicated every step of the way and we final got to the finishing line. Innitially I thought there fees where a little high but in my case it was worth it. I kept getting rejected for mortgages and I can honestly say if it wasnt for these guys I would probably never have got to the bottom of the reason why. I wont go into detail but they pointed out where the problem was and I we ended up with a good deal on our mortgage.

throughout the process both Peter and Harriet were extremely professional and really easy to work with! They made the process so pleasant, updated me regularly and all their correspondences was really helpful
