I was very pleased with the prompt delivery.

I bought a 25kg bag of Biochar super compost to improve the soil in a new raised bed and used it in the planting holes to give the plants a good start. It is too soon to see the impact on growth, but I was very happy with the quality of the compost - it has a good, fine texture and dark colour. It has a good coverage if used as recommended, sufficient for about 30 plants and 30 bulbs in a 4mx4m bed. Fast delivery and reasonable price from Soilfixer, too.

Customer service experience has been excellent. Fast response and action taken immediately as asking for extra information. The product itself is excellent quality. I wouldn't expect anything less after online research for the best hotbin suiting our needs but I'm glad to say I'm fully satisfied and really impressed not only by the product but definitely by customer service!
