The response to my enquiry was almost immediate and I was contacted within the hour to say that they would not only correct the error, but will increase my order by 50% !!! ..... the re-order arrived next day ! Wherever I used the Biorchar, straight into the soil for vegetables or in plant pots all my plants did very well. My allotment is on a hillside and the soil doesn't hold water very well and the Biochar has improved this.
