I am the one person in a thousand who cannot get my garden waste to transform into compost, and my need is urgent. My hopes are now pinned on Soilfixer. I'll be delighted to be able to report that it works... Delivery good and advice online most helpful.

Responsive customer service and speedy delivery

I started with the 1kg bag. It arrived almost immediately. I emptied out the wet sticky contents of my dalek bin and filled put it back with layers of paper, card, the wet compost and the compost accelerant. The bin is the best it has ever been. No smells and slowly warming up. I'm so impressed I have ordered more accelerant. I like the fact I can keep it outside beside the dalek. I hope to have cracked composting at last.

Excellent delivery and looks good but will not know how good it is for many months

Really quick service. I got their biochar compost which feels so wholesome. I used it for a strawberry planter and looking forward to seeing the results. I also bought 2 kinds of the biochar, the fine 0-8mm and 2-8mm. The finer biochar is extremely fine with some small bits,I added this to my compost heap. The 2-8mm feels more rough (but still really tiny pieces) which I quite liked anyway. Overall products were sent within days of my order. My absolute only issue is the bags come in a sack thats not biodegradable but the product itself is great, versatile and so good for the planet.

Very happy with Soilfixers products. In my latest order one parcel was slightly underweight. We reached an amicable agreement very quickly and I will order again when I've used up my current batch.
