Website said that product was available. Turned out not to be.... but at least they rang me with an explanation and an offer to my money back if I was not prepared to wait for them to receive shipment of the product. In these on-line times that human touch rescues them from a one/two star review.

Very friendly & easy to use, spent time discussing my needs, and come time to order, explained what the best options were (need to have package delivered to work, rather than home) patiently waited on the phone while I did the online order, and ar the end offered to connect me to the web orders team to check everything was inorder. Really prompt with the delivery, with great communication. A top company, and will be purchasing from TFC again
