When ordering I checked the item could be returned for refund if it didn't work. Order arrived quickly but despite returning within 48 hours as requested, I am still awaiting refund 3+ weeks later! On chasing, get asked the same questions all over again despite having been through all troubleshooting steps previously, with both TFC and Elinchrom. Not really what I would have expected.
