I ordered an adaptor for my camera
I ordered an adaptor for my camera. I received the initial order confirmation email however after a few days I still hadn't received confirmation that my order was shipped. I then contacted the flash centre via instant messaging and was told my order had been shipped and expect delivery within two days. The following day I still had not received an email confirming my order had been shipped. I called the flash centre and was told my order was still sat in the warehouse and had not been shipped because nobody had placed a label on my item. The item was then delivered to me however I had paid £9.95 for delivery and the item arrived one week later. If I had not contacted them, I believe my order would have sat in the warehouse indefinitely. Very poor service from the flash centre.
Waste of time and energy
The product was available and in stock on website, after placing order and paying a huge amount, i got message that its not available. Come on! Money stuck, no refund recieved so far, waste of time and energy. Wont recommend shopping from here.
Bought a lovely Fujifilm 8-16mm f2.8
Bought a lovely Fujifilm 8-16mm f2.8. Was a very good price. Unfortunately the lens was faulty but TFC quickly sent a shipping label and I have received a refund. It’s a shame the lens was faulty but I am impressed how quickly the refunded me.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced…
The worst customer service experienced to date. I still don’t have both items I bought in March (now mid May), they can’t deliver a correct invoice as requested multiple times and have eventually confessed they have been informing other customers about my order. I wouldn’t touch them with an extended barge pole and will never use again.

How much for Delivery?
Got the product I needed, but when it costs £6 to send a pack of 10 fuses via DHL and it comes wrapped in 1 bag and 2 padded envelopes it gets a bit ridiculous. Size 000 Jiffy Bad and a large letter stamp should just about do it!
