I couldn’t wear my fabulous Bvlgari ring because it had become too small because of arthritis. I asked if I could have it stretched and was told that they could go up one size but would try two sizes. They rang me and said they would only go one as they were concerned the gold would tear. I got the ring back and it was amazing. Looked like it was the original one I had been given. No trace that work had been done on it. Very impressed indeed!

I have been a customer of Dracakis jewellers for many many years. I saw the Dracakis children growing up. I have never been to another jeweller except for this one. They are all hardworking honest people who look after their customers with respect integrity and loyalty. Their customer service is first class as is their reliability to have this finished on time. They have made several pieces of jewellery for me and I'll cherish them for the rest of my life. I have recently bought two more pieces of jewellery from them and they are so beautiful when I look at them they bring tears to my eyes.
