Spoke with a guy named Garrett who was super knowledgeable and helpful. I had already done some research, and he validated all my perception, as well as guided us to go with a Medigap supplemental (with guaranteed approvals) instead of the HMO-style Medicare part C, which requires approvals for most procedures. The peace of mind of guaranteed approval is worth the extra cost. Once we had signed up for Medicare A&B, he also set us up for the Medigap and Part D plans. Very easy to work with. No Pressure as he gets paid by the customer, not the insurance Plan. I Heartily recommend this service.

Right now all I can say is that the agent was very helpful and courteous. She answered all of my questions and explained everything that I needed to know.
