Brandon Eby is BEYOND exquisite

Brandon Eby is BEYOND exquisite! I actually answered his return phone call with the intention of telling him not to call back. His calmness while listening to what I had to say grabbed my attention immediately, as I was very close to crying and giving up on this entire Medicare supplement researching thing, AGAIN. I had been on a tear since last JUNE 2024 trying to get answers to the very simple questions I had. Nobody seemed to know what they were talking about, nor did they have answers to some of the most basic questions. Brandon was a kind, glowing angel who walked me, extremely patiently, through this entire process, explaining aaaall along the way many of the things that nobody else could or would. I think I must have talked to my husband about Brandon the entire rest of the evening, as I felt such a relief that I had not felt since last June when this entire 'supplement-not-being-accepted' thing started. We will stay with Brandon now, forever, as this piece of mind has not happened since I got on Medicare, and that was 6 years ago! Thank you, Brandon, way more than I can express here. Just thank you!!
