Took quite some time for me to get the impressions to be accepted.,

I thought I’d never get the perfect smile but with shinysmileveneers it turned my thought to reality. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect smile.

I ordered the upper and lower set. Since different screens display color differently, I wish that they sent a color chart with the impression kit. Instead, they have you choose when ordering, send the impression kit and then the veneers. When I got them the coloring was NOT at all what I expected. I also had an issue with the fit of the bottom veneer. When I contacted Shiney smile they agreed to remake the bottom veneer, but wanted to charge me $150(?) to change the color of them. I was able to get that fee waved thank goodness. The end product was nice, color good and fit o.k. My problem was with their shipping department. The first impression kit was sent to a friend in the 48 states who was coming to visit me (they do not ship to the U.S. VI - even though they ship USPS and we have USPS). Prior to the veneers coming I changed the name & address on the shipping and although it was noted on the website account it wasn't noted in theirs, so it went to the wrong name and my freight forwarder, in Miami, charged me an additional fee to change it. Then when they sent new bottom impression they sent it to the wrong suite number and again I was charged an additional fee by the freight forwarder to change it. Due to these shipping issues I asked (and sat on hold while they confirmed with the shipping department) to make sure that they sent the set together (the upper in a different shade & the new lower) so I wasn't double charged for 2 separate deliveries. NOPE they sent both separately and I was charged for each. Lesson learned.

They were quick to respond to my emails. I had a fitting issue and they promptly sent me a new impression kit so they could make me a new pair of veneers at no cost.

The impression kit came with enough supplies to get it wrong a couple of times which I needed! They have also been a delight to speak to over email.

Had an issue getting the impressions quite right, but I simply wasn't doing it correctly, I think I was just really eager and excited to get them made, and have them. I absolutely love them would recommend 100%.

So it’s been a journey so far I had to do my impression three times blah it was rough but I finally did it my impression were accepted yay but overall shiny smiles has been great they work with me each time but the video conference didn’t really help I had to get them done from an actual dental person which was fine I guess it would be nice if they gave more support by having an actually dental office on hand to use but I’ve had a good experience so far even tho I had to do my impression three times it’s no big deal. When I actually get my veneers I’ll do another review. Thanks for reading!

I have few missing teeth in the front of my teeth and much as I like to get it replace, dentist are so expensive😭 Recently, I found Shiny Smile Veneers and I thank God for them. Although it’s not a permanent solution, for now it’s a great one. I missed many family gatherings and went through lot of embarrassment because of my teeth.
