The process has been really easy and fun so far. Communication with customer service is great, the impressions were fun to do and were accepted on my first try! (I made sure to read carefully and research online and watch videos to make sure I was doing everything correctly.) I'm excited to receive my veneers, and based on my experience so far I know any issues will be handled quickly and satisfactorily. :) Definitely recommend this company.

Very reasonable.. Someone actually answers the phone when you call for help.. It took me two or three impressions. They got it out to me quickly. Would recommend To everyone.

I ordered an upper veneers and it came up big and doesn’t fit on my teeth but I contact their customer service and they able to send me another impression to do it again . They have very good customer service and I’m waiting for my redo veneers to come .

Shinysmile has fantastic customer service. When making the impression kit, I scheduled a facetime appointment after screwing up the first round and the walkthrough process of making impressions was 1-2-3 simple after hearing and seeing the tips and tricks to making a good set. I haven’t received my impressions yet, but they seemed absolutely unbothered by emailed questions you have and are genuinely helpful in your endeavor for a better smile!

The impression kit came really quick. I was nervous about getting the impressions done correctly because, although, the kit came with enough to do 5 impressions, I could only do 3 because my mouth is way too small to fit 2 of the remaining impression trays and the smaller trays I used were almost too big. But after a few pics and emails to customer service they got back with me quickly and said my impression looked good. So then I felt confident to mail them off. Today I got an email saying my impressions were done correctly and they were approved for making my veneer. Now I am so excited I just can't wait to get my veneer in 3-5 weeks!!!
