This was my first time ordering from rops and bottoms. And it will be my last. I ordered a nike tech outfit for my son. After spending nearly $200 , i received item with a water like stain on it. My son has only worn this outfit twice. This weird stain has developed all over the jacket and bottom. Spoke to customer service about their defective item and they refuses to exchange or five store credit for the return. I will never purchase from this company again. The quality of their nike outfits is questionable. I will go directly to the nike source next time. Lesson learned

Today was my first time placing an order with this company. I ordered an item for my granddaughter’s bday and I entered her address but for some reason after checking out, etc. I noticed, my address was listed. I ordered a 2 piece short set. The company sent me pants. I returned the item before 30 days of purchase and I have yet to receive a refund. This was back in July of 2024. They have received the item and I still haven’t received a refund. I have been contacting this company for a refund since Sept 2024. This company has the item that I paid for along with my $150. This company is a scam and fraud.
