From my first phone call to them through the entire process they were extremely professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions without being nosy or judgmental. The test kit was exactly as they said and it was as simple as 1-2-3. They said it normally takes 3-5 days to get the test results, but they e-mailed me the results in only 2 days.
