Dividend Solar communicated well during the process. However, we were delayed from our power company almost 5 months after the system was approved and installed. Our system is finally up and running now it is time to save money.

you may not have heard of dividend solar. I can tell you from my experience that at some point you will. they made the financing of my solar array project very hassle free. normally, financing is stressful and frustrating. not with dividend solar. they have an efficient process, courteous staff, and an online portal that makes it easy to submit paperwork. everything is transparent and honest. it was a good experience and I have no regrets about doing business with them.

Makes sense to take advantage of solar power in Texas. Couldn't let the tax rebate get away.

I had no experiences from any friends or other reviews to know what I was getting into with Dividend Solar. I knew I wanted solar and I decided to go for it. Every bit of the process was excellent. The sales person provided information that helped and was not too pushy. As I searched information online, I found that everything I was learning was consistent with what he was saying, so I felt more like I could trust him. The project timeline was pretty much spot on and communication regarding scheduling was excellent and I felt like I was kept in the loop. The people who did the installation were also great. At first I wasn't sure about them because they had a bit of a rough appearance, but they could not have been more polite and considerate of our home. They completed the job in the time frame they expected and when the job didn't pass inspection because of a silly obscure point from our county they were right on it to make the inspector happy without any burden on us. Communication has been great all the way around. I have now had the solar panels for just over a month and I get a kick out of daily monitoring how much solar I am producing. I would not hesitate to work with Dividend Solar again and I have referred many of my friends who are interested in solar to the company.

My solar installation process went so smoothly! Questions were anticipated before I could think of them and those few that I did have were answered, to my satisfaction, in a timely manner. Staff is truly incredible to work with, so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!!

Dividend just made the process of getting solar simple. Extremely responsive to any questions and concerns but no pressure at all when you are comparing pricing and weighing options. Any obstacles and issues they'll try and take care of it.

From the initial contact through planning and designing, installation, and operation, we have been very pleased with the group of companies providing us with solar energy (Blueraven Solar, Dividend Solar, and Intermountain Wind and Solar. There were a couple of glitches in the paperwork - not including the correct number of installed panels and having the wrong date on the contract for repayment, but other than that, the service was excellent. Those issues were corrected quickly, as well. I'd recommend these companies to my friends.

I did a lot of research on solar prior to accepting a contract. I went around to random houses with solar already installed and asked for their opinion. Solar Gaines and Solar Dividends had 100% positive comments from the home owners I spoke with, with out asking? I agree with their statements after all is said and done, up and running. There were delays. I was informed there could be for getting permits and so on because not all processes are under their control. I had a friend who had a difficult experience with the sales rep. He kept getting their bid mixed up with someone else. This was the same one I had. All went perfectly smooth for me, so my rating is just based on my experience and what I am hearing back as feedback from friends since they ask us to refer friends. My experience would have been a 5, but my friends have been less than optimal. It has been almost 2 months after my panels were installed and turned on. I am generating more power per month than I am needing at the moment. Which is exactly what I had hoped for, so in winter months I could turn on my electric heat and burn back my excess solar generation over the summer. Things are really going great!
