Like so many on here, I experienced problems with receiving my order. However, the company was quick to reply and offered me a refund, which I accepted. (The money was refunded very quickly!) This morning I received the goods anyway (I contacted them to tell them and they were very lovely about it!). I have to say, I'm already impressed with the beautiful packaging and also the lovely feel of the eye cream and amazing smell and feel of the facial oil.
