I have tried thousands of facial products over the years, but I have to say that when I discovered this company + their amazing oils, I will never go back to other serum/creams my skin after just 3 days feels amazingly soft + nourished, I will be buying more of their products 💜 xx

Ordered an item on the 11th December. Have had no contact from the company. Have sent several emails, no reply. Tried to phone and can't get through.

My order got caught up in the Royal Mail strikes….. customer services were excellent in sorting my problem out for me, they certainly went above and beyond!!!! Bonus is ….I so love their products, I don’t always get the results they say I might….but just love the products anyway and the feel good factor they give me.

I had a wrong itam sent by mistake, it happens, especially at Christmastime when folks are under extra pressure. The Ayurveda team couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. Their products really do work. All I can say is give them a go xx

I purchased several products in the Black Friday sale. It was my first time of trying these oils but the money back guarantee prompted me to take the chance. So pleased I did. My skin just soaked up the oils and was left feeling much softer. Unfortunately I have several skin allergies and started itching and developed a rash. Naturally I stopped using the product but contacted the Ayurveda team by email to try and discover if one of my triggers was contained in the oil. I was advised I could be sensitive to some of the herbs used and was immediately offered a refund of this oil. I am still using the face cleansing and other products which I believe have given me a clearer softer skin. I will be using other products as soon as my skin settles down. I’m so pleased I chanced upon this company and their products.

Lovely products that really give visible results

I have exceedingly dry skin, which at the moment itches. I tried the body oil, with great success. It is sweet-smelling and easily absorbed. I use it several times a day. The face oil is lovely too. I blend my make up with it. I am very happy with my purchase. The face oil was a gift from Ayurveda.

After ordering the day and night oil for my Mum’s Christmas, my mum became sensitive to one of the ingredients and her face became very itchy. She was really disappointed as she loves the oils. I asked to send my order back and got a no quibble response to say that a full refund was made. This is in complete contrast to another company that is really dragging their feet to provide a returns label under their 30 days refund guarantee. So I’m very happy with the customer service from The Ayurveda Experience! Thank you.

Whilst it takes a bit of experimenting to find out what is right for you, the products themselves are great. Whenever I have sent a communication they reply personally and quickly. Good discounts & the points received for each purchase (which can be used to further discount purchases) help make it an affordable option in the world of skincare. My only other comment is that sometimes (not always) it can take a few weeks for an order to arrive. Initially disconcerting in a world when speed deliveries have become the norm, but once you realise it is coming a long way you organise yourself to order in advance. However, it is something to consider if you are buying as a gift. It is worth it when it arrives.
