Super helpful and excellent customer service. I had a query and it was resolved straightaway by a very friendly member of the team. I love the products - using the gorgeous oils has made such difference to my skin as it is smoother and more supple.

I still have no items and have been told that they have emailed me I can confirm that I have had no email response. Please can someone contact me about my missing items. Trustpilot is the only way I get a reply. Shocking customer service. I have now tried to call and the automated message says ‘we can’t take your call right now, call again later’

I’ve been using Ayurveda products for about a year now. Great products! I’ve only had one problem with delivery, where a bottle had been broken in the post, and part of the order was missing. I sent an email and within a day they sent out the missing products. Even with the postal strikes in the U.K. they arrived quickly. They also replaced the broken item. I’m a happy customer!

EDIT: stupid me, there are postal strikes in uk, I totally forgot! My items arrived yesterday, love them all, feels lovely, can’t imagine using any other face care range now. There would seem to be issues with delivery. Previous reviews indicate that delivery timescales can be haphazard, I placed an order on 29/11/22 and as I haven't received the items I checked tracking and the parcel is still in the warehouse, not even outvfor delivery, after a week!!

Amazing customer service very fast to reply to a couple of queries I had and they have such a nice friendly way about them. The products themselves are beautifully packaged and smell lovely. I will, without a doubt, be purchasing from them again. Excellent!!

Sent emails but got same response each time. Products never arrived. Ordered over a month ago now.

22 nd November i place an order 1 of the item but still waiting. Never recommend Ayurveda experience to any one. I try to track delivery & still Says 9,11,14,15 December 😡. Not worth it . Very poor service & Iam not happy at all.
