Well, products are fantastic and effective. But the packaging and presentation needs a huge overhaul.

There was a delay despatching my order and as I was due to depart to Australia was given a refund. However, my products then arrived the day before our departure. When I contacted Ayurveda to ask how I should pay, was told to keep the items as a New Year gift - fantastic!

I placed an order with Ayurveda Experience. I had notification the next day that my goods were on there way. I received an email from the courier explaining there was an issue with the delivery. I got in touch with the company who replied the same day which I was very impressed. No fault of the company I have now received my goods. I haven't used the products yet but they arrived in a lovely presentation box and the smell of the oils are really good. Eager to try the oils very soon. Overall service excellent

Exceptional product- takes away circles under your eyes instantly (great for a 40 plus woman!!). There was a delay due to Evri (shock!) however the company were very quick to get back to me. Highly recommend. The free youth serum is an absolute joy so I’ll definitely be ordering!
