I bought some products which I loved and went back and ordered some more products. I placed my order on 17th January but it has still not been delivered. As with some previous comments, I have emailed and called and have not had an answer or an update or any communication what so ever. So far it has been 14 days and no product. I actually spent a lot of money this time so I'm not very happy

Ordered an item on the 20th January. I have had no contact from the company since the initial email confirmation of the order. Have sent emails, no reply. Tried to phone and can't get through. Seems like it might be a scam. ****UPDATE****: I have NOT had a reply to my email. The only response from you has been here on TrustPilot. You are definitely scamming people. *****UPDATE**** I have now had my items delivered and the products themselves are great! This company lets themselves down with their communication to their customers. It took a negative review for me to get any response from them. If only they had responded to my first email, I would have had nothing negative to say. Upgrading review to 3 stars because the products are good.

I bought the eye cream advertised on FB. It took a while to receive. Was beautifully packaged but sadly didn’t suit me. Returns was so simple , refunded me straight away.

The oil didn't suit me so I asked for a refund under their 30 day guarantee. I was a couple of days late so didn't expect them to agree, but I got a reply within a few hours agreeing the refund. Really friendly and brilliant customer service.
