Easy to deal with at every stage. We received clear information about the options and there was no sales pressure. Fitting was efficient and we were given a good demonstration of the use of the EV charger after installation.

Install was tailored to my needs, completed by Scott who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Really great service from start to finish. I had an outdated electrical supply that needed addressing before the installation of my Zappi and Tom talked me through what I needed to do to get it all sorted separately (for free) by UK Power Networks. When it came to installation day Scott double checked everything was as he was expecting (based on the photos I had sent), then talked me through what he was going to do. He carried out the work to a great standard (even down to how to fit the internal trunking in the best possible way), then walked me through how to use the charger. There was a slight wrinkle with the Zappi product being able to talk to my BT hub (nothing to do with Joltify), but with Scott's advice I was able to sort that myself in 5 mins by logging on to my router and changing the port forwarding settings (easy instructions on the BT website). Very happy and would recommend.

Very easy installation.Knew actually what to do and how to work around limited space, meaning all the work was done quickly.

We used Joltify to install our Ohme Pro EV car charger; Ohme gave us their details as one of their trusted installers. I would highly recommend this company. Good communication throughout and they gave balanced and independent advice on what EV charger to get. Our installer Scott Godfrey was very friendly. He managed to complete a slightly difficult installation (owing to our electrics set up) very well and we are extremely happy with how neat of a job he did. He also spent time at the end of the installation showing me how the Ohme app worked which was much appreciated. A definitely 5 star service from the initial call and Scott.
