First-class solar and battery installation
Scott and the Joltify team provided a first-class, hassle-free solar installation. The clear communication and personable approach were excellent, and the final finish is discreet, with the cables trunked neatly to the inverter and battery. I would highly recommend their services. They are extremely professional and have a high level of knowledge about solar technology and the various options available.

Scott was fantastic. Friendly, professional, neat and tidy. Explained everything clearly, no surprises and got everything installed and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't have know he'd been apart from the new Zappi charger on the outside of the house. Great job.

Terrible experience
Hi Given a quote for an Ohme install following a lengthy questionnaire from Ohme and a Joltify video survey which I accepted booked in and was then told the price was significantly higher than the quote and that additionally everything I was told by Ohme was untrue regarding standard installation and they set their own prices. Really poor experience and really badly handled. if they missed something they could at least put their hands up, back to square one and a ton of wasted time and effort. David, I’m afraid I don’t agree, the replacement wiring was provisioned for in the quote, and also included in the Ohme description of a standard install, so still unclear why this is chargeable above and beyond. The issue arose because you missed the consumer unit was in the meter cabinet. Even a simple apology, we missed it would have helped but instead it somehow contrived to be my fault. Oh and by the way, I am not confused by the emails, I find that suggestion frankly patronising and rude. If the reply was supposed to make this any better you failed. Maybe you are great at installations, I’ll never know, but your customer service and integrity is dire.

Slick experience from first enquiry to installation - and firm is local to me too. Install happened ahead of schedule as Joltify contacted me to advise they’d had unexpected availability. Shame EV delivery still some weeks off…. Scott the installer arrived promptly, discussed location and cable routing to ensure I was happy and left everything tidy and clean. Took me through set up but will have to wait for EV to test it out!

From start to finish this was a first class experience with good communication throughout. It was a pleasure to have Scott the installer working here. He planned a great route for the new cable and executed the job in a thoroughly professional manner, leaving everything neat and tidy.
High quality service and delivery
The sales team put in a lot of effort to find me a slot for installation of a myenergi Zappi at fairly short notice, including the liaison with UK Power for the supply upgrade (even though in the end not necessary). The installer came round before the schedule install date to check all ok. On the day, he spent time explaining how to use the zappi and completed additiona works (bonding, and tidy up of the property power supply equipment). He made sure the charger was properly linked up to myenergi and visible on my phone app. To check working I was able to speak at EOD to support by phone to confirm data feeding realtime to the app on my phone.

Very good experience with this company. The sales process was very smooth and easy with good communication. Scott the installer arrived a few weeks later and did a great job. Very neat trunking given the awkward position of my consumer unit. Nice guy and very efficient. Most importantly I'm very happy with the Zappi charger!
Great Service
This is the second time we have used Joltify and they are great. Easy open communication with the office and Scott who came to do the install was happy to wait until the software updated and he could explain everything. I think most firms would have set up the update and then left. Great service!
Excellent support 1 year on.
Excellent support 1 year on. Joltify installed an EV charger for me a year ago. Last week it stopped working. I contacted them and they explained the process to get support from the charger Supplier, raised a ticket for me, followed up with them when I didn’t get any response after day or two and kept in touch and made sure the fault was resolved. Thank you for the help - I would definitely recommend you to friends and relatives (and have done so)
