I wrote to ask why my direct debit was being increased and a representative sent an un understandable message ; I can’t even get what he/she was saying. Simple question I asked ; he was asking me debt management and all sorts of unrelated things muddled up in his reply ; I was shocked he ended up saying “I’m glad I could help” 😂 so funny to me; who told u ; u helped? Zitle; u ddnt help in any ways please

I had a good experience with Nathi over phone, he was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately rebel energy still hold a lot of my credit and I'm having a tough time getting MY MONEY back which is such a shame as I could really do with it. Nathi was great though

Spoke to both Nathi and Monia today about final bills/refunds etc. Both were so professional, kind and helpful and a true asset to Rebel Energy. I have since moved properties with a different supplier but will absolutely switch over to Rebel Energy when able to do so!
