Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible, no communication and staff seem completely incompetent. I set up an account with rebel in December before moving into the property in January, and then had an immediate charge of £110(?). I then switched to octopus, at the start of January just after moving into the property and have received letters threatening debt collectors for the money I “owe” from when I wasn’t living at the property! I finally paid the portion of the energy which I had used before switching to octopus, which was OK’d by one of their staff and told my account was closed, only to receive ANOTHER email and call saying that I still have money outstanding!! Do not use!! Absolutely awful right from the start.

Caroline was very patient and helpful.

Caroline was very patient and helpful, for which thank you. The chat bot was as usual lying " We are sorry we are having an unusual number of calls..".etc ... Not unusual at all as this is the message we get all the time , if I am not mistaken! "You will receive a call back in 5 minutes" == 35 minutes in fact. " We are sorry.."-- A chat bot cannot be sorry. Insincerity is horrible. Why not employ a few more like Caroline??

Very Good Service

I have been with Rebel Energy for many months now, but I had a query with reference to my billing and also my existing smart meters. Jaydrin was very helpful on both counts and he has made arrangements for my smart meters to be upgraded to the latest variant in the very near future. I'm very happy with the service so far.
