Never issue any bills and threatened with debt collectors?

Received an email from Rebel recently alongside a threatening Debt Collections notice after switching from them 6 months ago prior moving in. Never call or send any email regarding bills yet they said they have contacted me ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS???? Switching from them was a good idea, seems unorganise and unprofessional. Not sure if the email was meant to be a mass email but a threatening email without any prior communication deserves a 1 star.
