Very helpful and pleasant! Took time and contacted colleagues to address each issue. I would suggest that when customers are on hold the system plays music (or similar) so that customers do not think they may have been cut off because the phone went "dead") while waiting for customer service agent to return to the call.

Spoke to a lovely chap called Tony who helped me with getting my tariff changed - after a frustrating experience with another colleague. He was patient, he listened, he empathised, he took his time looking into the matter and resolved the issue in a timely and stress free manner and even wavered the additional fee. I was considering moving to another provider, but my experience with him persuaded me otherwise... thanks for your help!

Helpful and friendly

I feel that my situation was sorted quickly, I felt like I was listened to and the lady was really friendly and super helpful. I didn't have to wait long for the call to be answered and when I was on hold it was for very short timings. Overall very pleased with the C/service I experienced today.
