Very helpful and pleasant! Took time and contacted colleagues to address each issue. I would suggest that when customers are on hold the system plays music (or similar) so that customers do not think they may have been cut off because the phone went "dead") while waiting for customer service agent to return to the call.

Spoke to a lovely chap called Tony who helped me with getting my tariff changed - after a frustrating experience with another colleague. He was patient, he listened, he empathised, he took his time looking into the matter and resolved the issue in a timely and stress free manner and even wavered the additional fee.
