Run for your dear life and pounds

For your peace of mind don't use this company. They will stress you out and eventually not be able to resolve your query. I am waiting to get my final bill before going to energy Ombudsman. I have been paying estimated bill for 20 months now and all efforts to get my accurate bill monthly has failed even when I submitted my meter reading and had 2 people turn up to my house to take meter readings.

Amazing customer service.

I had an enquiry about meter readings and I spoke to Kayden Samkelo Tyatyeka. He listened to my request and gave me a reading. After the phone call, I received an email providing me more relevant information which I didn't know I was even lacking. Amazing service.
