Zizipho Mapukata made my experience great. She immediately understood the question, resolved it (which wasn't the simplest enquiry), and followed up as promised by email. I was dreading having to spend hours if not days trying to sort this out (which was nothing to do with Rebel Energy, it was a third party who had created the issue) but it was a huge relief to speak to her and have an outcome straightaway. There was also a good experience in that I did not have to spend hours holding - their call back system worked and I had a call within a few minutes rather than waiting in a queue. Zizipho also checked on how it could be resolved quickly (it may not have been had she not understood the urgency and grasped the issue as soon as I explained) and came up with a resolution which as mentioned was then confirmed via email. We've not used Rebel Energy before as a supplier but certainly will look to changing to them in future. Many thanks for making what could have been a nightmare into a really excellent customer service experience :)
