Terrible

Terrible, I have sent about 6 emails over 3 months trying to have my details updated so I can pay the electricity bill. Responses are that unable to update database and I need to be patient. Doesn't look like I will need to pay any electricity while I live in my current rental apartment. Probably need to switch supplier which will be interesting to see how they handle that process given cant update a database so they can bill me. Here are the communications and dates December 11 2024 I have tried to process the change of tenancy for you, however, at the moment we appear to have an internal system error. This has been raised to our back office team for you. Once resolved and the account set up, you will be emailed. Sarah Jan 03 2025 Apologies for the delay with setting up your account, this is currently with our back office team who are working on resolving the issue. If you could just allow a little more time please, once resolved and the account set up, you will be emailed your account number. Sarah I have not received any email advising the account has been setup. I responded with previous email and asked for an update and I received the below email I already provided this when I first enquired early december 2024 and seems I am back at square One. Feb 06 2025 Could you possibly send in a photo of your meter please, clearly showing the meter serial number. Sarah

Unauthorised bank activity

I signed up with Rebel but decided to stay with Scottish Power, however Rebel after confirmation of not changing supplier took over £190 from my bank account and have not credited my bank account

Very corrupt company!

Very corrupt company! Last month I was contacted by them stating my bills would be a lot cheaper and all the marketing strategies one can use. I changed with them... The direct debit was setup, but I was not informed about anything more than it will be cheaper. I found a new property and want to move out, suddenly I get informed about a moving out or closing fee... which I was never informed about before... Following that I have never gotten any email from them so I dont have a login account... After reaching out and having to tell the customer support myself how to do their job and double check my email address. They saw they indeed had made a mistake with my email address. I asked customer support to send me the details so I can login again but again nothing was send to me. I can already see where this is going. Avoid!! As much as you can

Great customer focus by De-Juan but not by Rebel

De-Juan was an excellent customer service responder. I have had so many problems with Rebel Energy that I left as soon as I could. My latest problem was getting a bill for over £800 for two weeks supply. De-Juan responded to my query within 24 hours, rectified my account and identified that I was £4.23 in credit. He has promised a refund in a couple of weeks. If he had dealt with my numerous issues I might have stayed with Rebel.
