Today

Today, I spoke with Jaydrin, and he promptly took action, understanding our issue regarding the wrong account and incorrect address for which I’ve been receiving bills for a year. Despite sending many emails to Rebel Energy, unfortunately, no one had resolved the issue until now. However, I believe that Jaydrin will finally resolve this matter and close the incorrect accounts under my name.

A very dishonest sales advisor…

A very dishonest sales advisor (Prerian) who told me she will beat my current rate and monthly charge, and promised to email me the quote. Nothing was received, no contract was received; all I received was Direct Debit mandate. Very angry she wasted my time; I won't be signing up to Rebel
