Despite having a smart meter, Rebel Energy failed to provide accurate readings for months, leading to unexpected debt. I had to send nearly 20 emails to correct their mistake, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. Now, I’m being asked to repay this debt over 12 months, with no compensation for their errors. Their billing system is unreliable, and customer service is unhelpful. Avoid this company if you want accurate bills and fair treatment!

Very quick response.

I noticed some incorrect meter readings on my bill and emailed Rebel to point them out. I got a very quick response and all was sorted and the bill corrected in no time and with no fuss. Thank you!

I was having issues with my account and couldn't log in I had a call with, Owethu Ndabambi from Rebel Energy, and she was helpful, I wish the problems would be fixed quicker but they have good customer service people, all my experiences have been great it's the best today.

Overall great service.

Overall great service. Took a bit of time to resolve my issue but the reason for not giving the 5* was due to the fact that I'd made a payment at the begining of the year and it hadn't showed up on their system a month later! 30 mins of my time wasted while they found the payment!!
