Where is my order???

Where is my order???? Ordered in May….took my money in May….unable to contact by phone….allowed me one email unable to send anymore….no responses… an email sent to say order despatched with a tracking number….no joy with tracking…A TOTAL SHAM….A company with no morals or conscience….

Awful

Awful - just avoid. Ordered 3 months ago and only arrived. Asked for a refund before it arrived and was ignored. As above, product arrived but since got one elsewhere.

Do not recommend!!

Not happy with this company at all. Very poor customer service and delivery took over 2 months. Customer service is non existent, sent multiple emails to chase order with no response received. Would not purchase from them again.

Waited over a month for the cream

Waited over a month for the cream . Took two weeks tot them to tell me it was out of stock

I will never use AYP again...

I was informed that my order would be delayed by 2 weeks. I needed the items quickly so I cancelled and got them elsewhere. AYP said they would refund my money. 3 months later and I'm still chasing them for my money. Shocking company and customer service. I will never use them again.

Poor Service

Order was placed 6th April and not received until 24th June. We had to chase the order several times. When the items arrived they have a best before date of February 2025 which isn’t helpful as we need the items for seasonal allergies which occur in the months of March and April. Hence we no longer need the items this year and will be out of date by the time we need them next year.

Very disappointed

It took 2 1/2 months to deliver my order. That was after I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Trying to phone was impossible as your customer service number wouldn’t accept my calls and several emails were ignored.
