Ordered some tablets on 4th May, get, the obligatory thanks for your purchase email, that's as far as it went. 3 weeks later, no delivery, no communication, they have no direct email or phone number, just a contact us on their app page. I got my bank to refund my money,after i sent 8 messages to this joke of a chemist. Read the reviews 1st, it will save you time and money Shame you can't give 0 stars for incompetence

Ordered a month ago and still no order

Ordered a month ago and still no order. I have had to chase then several times and keep getting fobbed off, they're still advertising a couple of days for delivery despite knowing it's far from the truth. They keep saying they'll dispatch but never do. Awful, thieving company

Bunch of cowboys :-(

Due to illness, I was unable to leave home, so tried ordering from AYP - awful! I was notified that my order was "pending" almost immediately, but a week later, nothing had arrived. I contacted AYP and was told they had a backlog, but that my order would be sent soon. Well I confess, that I forgot all about it for a couple of weeks, then realised that THREE WEEKS on from ordering, my goods still hadn't arrived. I contacted AYP yet again, and they cancelled my order. Bunch of cowboys :-(

Save your money, a scam

I placed and order on 26 April 2024. To date I have received nothing but several emails of excuses as to why two items cannot be dispatched. I have cancelled the order and requested a refund several times but have received no acknowledgement or response. Zero customer service and probably a scam company getting rich on banking people's money and delivering nothing.

DO NOT USE AYP HEALTHCARE.

My order never materialised. I placed an order in April and am still waiting for it to arrive!! Emails ignored, no sign of the product being despatched or a refund. Absolute shambles of a company with a totally unprofessional attitude. I am chasing a refund but suspect that it will take some time. THE HEALTHCARE THEY PROVIDE IS CALLED STRESS!

Purchase 10 April, 24th May still not recieved or refund as requested not answering their phone live chat not responding no reply to emails. Have requested charge back from Credit card provider

Where is my money

Where is my money? Ordered end of April, was told it wouldn’t dispatch for 3 weeks!!!!! Then emailed them and they said it would dispatch the next day, then received a cancellation email within 30 mins. I’ve still not got my money back a week later. I’ve been robbed. I used to use AYP healthcare all the time but something has gone very very wrong and they’ve turned into scam artists

Don’t order from this company

Don’t order from this company, even after writing a bad review a few weeks ago and several emails, still no goods or refund for an order I placed on 27 February 2024.. call themselves Healthcare, it’s enough to give anyone high blood pressure!!. come on AYP do the right thing and fulfil your obligations and send goods or refunds to those you owe.. YOU MUST REALISE YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS WHO NEEDS THE MEDICATION AND MOST LIKELY CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!

No stars would be preferable

No stars would be preferable. Made an order. Over a month later and no item. Chased them five times. Asked for refund in the end. No refund received even though they said they had issued it. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with (and I'm almost 80). They just ignore everything and keep your money. I have now gone to the bank as I hope to get charge-back as I used my credit card. Please avoid at all costs they are extremely unreliable as I have found to my cost. The date I have given below is the date of my order which was acknowledged.

Avoid unless you wish to lose your money

Ordered eyedrops early March. After two weeks I queried delay in supply to be advised there was a problem with their 'robotics' but my order would be dispatched before the end of the following week. That deadline came and went. I contacted AYP in early April asking for an update on my order to be advised by email dated 9 May that there was still a delay. I was offered the choice of waiting or cancelling my order and receiving a full refund 'without delay'. It is now 24 May and I am still waiting for that refund. Since I requested the refund, all communication with this company has ceased. They no longer respond to my emails or contact form submissions. It really is outrageous that they have simply kept my money and provided no product. It's a shame because I have used them twice before with no problem.
