This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. I hve used AYP previously, with no problem. However an order I placed on 2 April has not been delivered. I have made numerous requests for it to be delivered, and despite one reply, a month ago, saying the orser would be delivered the following week, no further replies. Are the company in financial difficulties?

Terrible Company!

Ordered eye drops on 2/5/24 I have still not received them. After waiting a week for my order, I emailed twice and I did get a reply to my second email that they would be despatched in 2 to 4 days but after waitng another week! I tried emailing twice more, since then I have had no response! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company!

This company is effectively no longer…

This company is effectively no longer trading, although you can place an order and they will take your money. Like many others my order never shipped, an email query got the same auto response with broken assurances and my requests to cancel and refund ignored. I placed a claim with Mastercard who were very good with refunding me. I advise you to do the same asap. Pity, I used them before and they were good.

I've used AYP healthcare numerous times…

I've used AYP healthcare numerous times however, I placed an order on 24th April and still haven't received a thing. I have had to contact AYP twice asking for an update, no follow up, extremely poor customer service on this occasion. Requested order refund, I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Unfortunately gone down hill

Unfortunately gone down hill. I really used to rate AYP Healthcare until my recent order on 6th April 2024 was not fulfilled. Despite me sending emails and them reassuring me that my order was in hand , they are now ignoring any requests I make regarding that order, I asked for a refund......Still waiting.. Another on line company lost their way regarding Customer Service

Order made in February. Chased and had one response re warehouse problems, further messages sent and no response received and not answering there phones either im guessing i not the only one who's not happy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Their website won't accept payment and they neither answer the phone nor man their web chatline. Oh dear - it's been good till now. Downhill is often the way with online sellers.

Avoid this company. No way of contacting this company - phone line doesn't work and they do not answer any emails.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, happy to take your money and not send your order, have tried to contact but no reply, completely rip-off merchants who shouldn't be allowed to exist. **Update, after threats of taking this further, miraculously my parcel turned up a few days later, it shouldn't take that much work and threats to get the products you ordered and paid for.
