I attended the clinic for the Musicians Hearing Health Scheme - so already a fortunate event. The appointment was really easy to set up and you can change and confirm it really easily. I arrived early with a cumbersome fold up bike and the receptionist was really kind and let me in to the waiting area. The consult and fitting was straight forward and the audiologist very pleasant, thorough and friendly. All the follow up info was sent and explained and I was out within 30 mins. Very impressed and woudl highly recommend on all levels.

I have received excellent service from Fiona. The most recent set of Phonak hearing aids sold to me have proved to be unreliable and have needed servicing under the warranty more than once. Harley street hearing dealt with this for me, supplied me with loan hearing aids, and set the repaired ones up to suit my hearing. Despite a lot of interaction, Fiona has always treated me with the greatest kindness.

Our consultant, Simone, was excellent at explaining to us the tests that were being done, and what their results implied. The instrumentation at the Clinic is very impressive, and gave very clear graphs showing - as expected! - how high-frequency hearing had deteriorated. We received thorough and comprehensive advice on the options available, and when it came to fitting the chosen aids, Simone was careful and very patient. Hearing is now significantly improved!
