zero customer service

Booking an appointment is the easy part. The process of moulding the plugs accordingly to ear shape is very easy and fast. Then you wait 2 o more weeks to arrive. If delivered the post charge is double the cost of 1st class. When I received the pair one plug broke (before even using it) as the silicone was minimal, this fortunately didn't affect the ear plugs use. I contacted the clinic, but zero reply. Surfing in internet there are a variety of choices, and some have a next day delivery so I would suggest looking around before committing to buy. Because they are quite expensive, you buy a product and a service also.
