Very professional and efficient service.

Considering it's the first time I've had my hearing tested, not to mention getting my ear moulds done for the first time, I felt really comfortable and in safe hands. I can't wait to get my moulds through, it's a fantastic service that they provide at Harley Street Hearing!

Harley Street Hearing are exceptional, I have been coming to them for hearing aids for more than 10 years. They are professional, kind, efficient and always helpful - they immediately leant me a hearing aid when I lost mine, with no charge and no pressure to return it quickly. Thanks to them and the hearing aids I can hear well even in a crowd. They definitely deserve five stars.

The audiologist Matt is amazing. Made the process a joy. Was incredibly helpful and informative and of course, clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The service provided by Harley Street Hearing can only be described as faultless. You are treated as an actual person. Everything is explained clearly, and the advice is spot-on. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company, which has been looking after my hearing for three years.

I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids but knew I needed them. The staff at Harley Street Hearing were fantastic. They listened to me, reassured me and gave me expert advice on what solution was best for me. My hearing aids were swiftly available and fitted where they took time again to answer any questions and to make sure I was happy. I cannot say how much difference it has made to my life in being able to fully hear again, and knowing that if I have any questions I can easily get back to the team and have it solved!

I can't recommend too highly Being able to play and hear music without the distortion of previous aids has made a huge difference to my work. The annual visits for maintenance and upgrading are always a pleasure as all staff are so kind, thoughtful, courteous and friendly. Even at 86, my hearing is 'fit for purpose' for which I am extremely grateful.
