Never buy product from this company as this is a scam. They are fraudsters and keep your money with them and also not dispatching the product. I had ordered 2 reading glasses from their website and the order was prepaid. Neither these guys are sending my product nor they are giving me refund. I will wait for another 3 days if I will not get my order delivered I will surely take a legal action against the company and it's directors. Now again they have sent mechanical reply... All replies given to all members here are same but no resolution. Anyways I have sent email to grievance officer Mr Sharma... Have some courtesy to see that before replying here...

Cheap quality, unavailability of brand, poor customer service response. If you get damaged product, no response from the team.

the worst company have come across. customer service is virtually non existent here. even complained to the ceo and marketing head of the company but to no avail. if the top offices had such a cold attitude towards the customer, one should not expect anythin better from the other departments. waste of my time and energy. the few typical statements of the customer support are"regret/apologise the inconvenience caused" "please treat this situation as an exception and not as a yardstick to measure the quality service" they just have a standard format which they copy paste without even reading the mails. PATHETIC COMPANY WITH EVEN PATHETIC SERVICE FINALLY HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER THE WORST EVER SERVICE RECEIVED AND HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE SAME WITH LENSKART. AND BTW, U AGAIN GAVE USED ONE OF UR TYPICAL STATEMENTS AS I MENTIONED ABOVE
