No refund on returned products.

I returned my product with order id- EY2103232823098 and for which the refund must have been initiated by now. The customer support team said that a chargeback request is generated from my end but no such request has been generated by me. Even the team is not responding to my emails.

Our time is valuable, we dont have time to mail and call again and again to your customar support.

I already send mail to the support team along with the invoice and pic of the damage product . Customer support executive also had rude behavior, they told me they can't do anything do whatever you can. order number EY1204221411697 and Product related issue804515804598.

Useless company

Useless company. I needed glasses urgently for my exams and it's already been over 10 days. The status just says the order is getting ready. Also the customer service is worst. They say they have operational issues, their system is working slow that's why there is delay.

There is no update on my refund Order ID’s :- EY1011222756094 EY1411222757582 New orders are pending & no further updates Order id’s :- EY1611222758483 EY1611222758578 I think EyeMyEye is shutdown their services and just accepting orders and later no updates & money is getting stuck just like a SCAM

Worst

No variety available in selection of frames. For last 5-6 months, new stock has not been added. Huge delay in delivery of spectacles. Low quality frames and lenses. Get easily scratched in spite of buying premium lenses.

EYEMYEYE SUCKS! Worst experience

Worst experience. Never buy from this website. Sh!t customer service. No sense of order delivery. For one month I didn't recieve the order so I cancelled it and it's been another month now and still haven't received the refund for the order also.

It's absolutely horrible

It's absolutely horrible. Never ever place order on this platform. These jerks don't have any kind of commitment or responsibility. They have not delivered my order even after 25 days. The customer care team is absolutely useless. They only escalate and remain quiet. Simple excuse is operational issue. Infact, they don't have products and logistics arrangements. That's the primary reason for the delay. Pathetic service. Never ever place any order on with EyeMyEye

I had got the order on 26 sep 22 and…

I had got the order on 26 sep 22 and wanted to return it as was not fitting properly so still waiting for the return to take place and it is 29 oct 22 worse company with worse management and even when called the company to check any update there they have nothing to share and will only say that it will be picked up within 24- 48 hours.

AVOID

AVOID! Arrogant, rude staff. The female store assistant talked to us in an irritated condescending tone of voice. Their selection is poor and very narrow. Mostly ugly, overpriced pieces nobody wants to wear. Poorly managed, toxic atmosphere. We felt very unwelcome.
