Worst service ever

Worst service ever. I ordered a reading glass from this site and paid for it through online. I dint get it for more than 20 days. I mailed them several times but they dint mind it. Don't order anything from this site. Worst service ever

Pathetic service of eyemyeye

Ordered and paid money including fast delivery charge for my lenses on 6th October 2022, but today is the 10th day and still tracking shows "prescription sent to lab". Not at all professional service. I also sent mail 4 days back, reply of which they told they would be contacting me soon, but no one called till now. Pathetic service. Order ID: EY0610222729753. Update: Today is the 15th day and still status is unchanged

Very bad customer service.Very bad company worst customer service not delivered product on time.Uneducated staff working who don't know how to talk. Very rude behavior.Waist of time.not deserving a single star. Dont buy anyone.

ordered a glass for computer use

ordered a glass computer use , they took 4 days to confirm and they said "Currently, we are facing operational issues and due to this reason, this product could not get the ship in time. Please be informed that the order will be dispatched within 4 to 5 days. We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble." and today I asked about the status, they replied again " We apologize to you for the delay in dispatching the products you ordered with us. Currently, we are facing operational issues and due to this reason, this product could not get the ship in time. We are trying our best to minimise the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We have also forwarded the concern to our relevant team. We will try to get the order dispatched at the earliest." After all this, I asked them to cancel my order, they immediately fwd my request concern team to process. even for that they replied "Once the order is canceled, the refund would be initiated within 24-48 hours via refund to the source (reversal in wallet/card/account). Post refund initiation, it might take 5-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your source mode of payment." For every request, they take 4-5 or nearly 10 days. Better, EYEMYEYE , you please stay away from this digital world if you are not able to serve better service to the customer !!!!

This is the worst service I have ever…

This is the worst service I have ever seen. Before ordering they will call you 100 times regarding to the order. But when it is not done, they will directly cancel your order stating that our quality check team was negative. They are supposed to inform as that. These don't deserve a single start too. Stop giving as the coupon codes and the discount on your glasses. Very dissatisfied with the services.

Pathetic customer support

Worst customer support. They did not provide any after sales support for my order which was received a few days ago; instead asked me to contact the brand. I explained to them it has been only a few days and the metal on the frame got corroded and was turning to black from original golden color, but they denied any help. Moreover, the brand store could also not be located as this was an international brand and the issue was unresolved. Very bad company worst customer service…

Very bad company worst customer service not delivered product on time took 1 month for delivery and after that send broken product and refund not received yet they closed the request without any confirmation and till haven't receive my amount and customer service very bad uneducated people working don't know how to talk and only saying 48hr just one line always.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Dont buy anyone. Within one month my frame broken. They told and take back the glasses and refund the money. They received my glasses. But upto 15days they not refund money. Daily i call and ask about that. But they told within 48hrs we solve ur issue. But no use.they not refund my money. Its fraud website. I sure to go consumer court.im already send mail to ur help center. But no use

Website is confusing for selection of…

Website is confusing for selection of frames and glasses. The agent calls and helps. price keeps changing everytime u visit your basket. Many products and sizes are not available at majority of times. Deliveries are gorssly unpredictably delayed.

Don't buy from this site

Please guys , please never order from this site , Fraud site . Its the 7th day after I ordered two glasses . and they assured me I will get it by 22/08 today its 25/08 (7th day)and when I talked with them , they are telling excuse like its a internal fault ,for their internal fault why we have to sacrifice our time and our money , why can't they use better courier partner .I raised my concern , it will be useless even I get it by tomorrow . Guys please don't buy from this site .......
