Joe was really helpful!
My parcel went missing so after no sign of it after 2 weeks I used the WhatsApp support number and it was great. I spoke to someone called Joe who was quick and helpful. A new parcel arrived two days later with a small free extra included in the box to make up for the missing item. He also made sure to send it via another courier to avoid the same mistake happening twice. Overall I’m really pleased with the outcome - thanks so much, Joe!!

I’ve only had these extensions for 1…
I’ve only had these extensions for 1 month, and have only washed my full head with extensions once. I use beauty works products I.e shampoo and conditioner, heat protection and oil and yet when ever I brush I see fall out ( more then average) I don’t ever heat style the hair and I have only used straighteners once on my hair the other time I used heat was with a Dyson air warp. I have had extensions for 3 years and have had beauty works twice which usually last me a year but I doubt these extensions will last another 3 months. I bought 148 grams of barely blonde in weft and tape.

I can’t give a 5 star review as it is a gift but I opened it and everything was in the package neatly packed . I was surprised to receive it the following day after ordering especially at this time of year
