Never mind, otherwise it would have been a five star.. Many thanks I have changed my 4 star review to a five. Lucy rang me from the Sales team and explained to me that being as the item had been reduced, there would not have been a discount. She was very professional and a very good Ambassador for the company. Lucy has since sent me some lovely products in the post, they look super. It such a shame.. I absolutely love this the beauty works professional mermaid tong. I only have use it few times. Love it. I plug in and twitch on before I put my hand to pick up tong it went bang. Not even press on yet. I was absolutely shock and little terrified. My partner have check fuse, plug etc still nothing work 😫 I am absolutely little sad BCOS I have got out with thick long bob to shoulder length 😫 Has any had this issue before. It pretty new to me.
