I have used beautyworks hair for years now. In March I brought a new set of stick tips( which usually last me a year) and within 6 months they look like completely different hair. I understand that some change is colour and loss of length does occur however the quality of this hair has been terrible. I brought shades ‘Scandinavian blonde’ and ‘oak’ and they are both completely orange, and I’ve had no choice but to have them removed. Considering the amount they cost, the reputation this brand has and the previous experience I’ve had using beautyworks I expected much better quality and last in the hair. I want to add that I have only used sulphate free products and rarely used heat on the extensions. I have now brought from another hair extension brand and so far am having a much better experience. Do not recommend, very very disappointed.

I ordered the styling kit and the argan oil exploded in the box. I had Ellie deal with the issue who sent me a full replacement gift set instead of just the oil. This was the nicest gesture of goodwill a company has offered me and was quite unexpected. Ellie dealt with the complaint efficiently and I can’t fault my experience!
