Fault with Aeris Multi Styler

My daughter’s Aeris Multi Styler kept cutting out, the styler was still under guarantee. I contacted Beauty Works via What’s App and will have to say the customer service has been fantastic which is rare these days! Ella and Holly kept me updated at all times. I returned the product for testing, where a fault was found and they replaced the product within days. Can highly recommend purchasing from Beauty Works as their after care service was fabulous.

Fab products and customer service!!

After Evri mucking up my delivery I got in touch with Beauty works customer service and received a prompt response from Ella H. Ella arranged for my order to be resent on fastest delivery. She was so helpful. I love Beauty works hair and products but also having a great customer service team is rare and much appreciated! Goes a long way! Thanks so much again Ella!

Hairpiece

I ordered a hairpiece. The color match service was unavailable so I had to guess my shade. When it arrived it was too dark so I had to return it. It cost me £6.15 to return so I didn’t order a replacement

My air dryer has stopped working after…

My air dryer has stopped working after 11 months so I contacted them and they have been brilliant so far in respect of keeping me upto date with sending it back for repairs or replacement under the 1 year guarantee . Ref Libby and Bella have been keeping me updated . Fingers crossed I will have it back shortly as I am lost without it .

Holly has been amazing

Holly has been amazing! I had an issue with my celebrity weft which was sent in for testing. It was a worrying thought being without my extensions for 2 weeks because like most girls I cannot go without them, I was given reassurance in regards to the process and the issue was rectified with an outcome I was extremely happy with. Customer service 10/10 and email Reponses were quick.
