I have clip ins from Beauty works and they are amazing so I need to check the colours I needed for their tape extensions and the look I was going for! They nailed it and I highly recommend BeautyWorks!

I had a colour match with lucia for my wedding, the service she provided was unmatched. The colour match was perfect from the image i sent over. Lucia even went above and beyond and gave me a consultation over the phone in regards to purchasing the correct method. I was so pleased with my clip in hair i purchased. Beauty works hair is the best most luxury brand. I will now forever be a Beautyworks customer.

I’m putting 2 stars for the company beauty works but the lady who helped me via WhatsApp, Ella, was very helpful. I’ve ordered hair from beauty works for 4 years, went to my salon to change the colour of my hair to something warmer and picked out shade tanned blonde. Bearing in mind I have a 12 week old so I saved to have my hair done again, went to order the hair for my next appointment due to it being out of stock online and it was still saying coming soon. So I waited longer still nothing and then messaged asking when it would be back in stock only to be told it’s discontinued. They don’t have any colour similar so my only option is to change my hair colour again or go elsewhere. I’ve obviously gone elsewhere to reduce the cost and damage of redoing my hair again. Very disappointed and would advice beauty works advertise their products correctly in the future and maybe diverse their warm blonde shades more. I’ve gone to remi cachet now who do loads more. But again thank you to Ella who’s been super helpful on the WhatsApp, shame the business can’t reflect her professionalism.

Having used BW for a number of years I don’t particularly have complaints about the quality of hair (however due to this experience I have now gone elsewhere and would recommend shopping around) I purchased 2 packs of extensions totalling over £300. Booked in my hair appointment ready for an event at the weekend. The hair was delivered by Evri and left sticking out my letter box. I returned home and the package was gone. I then contacted BW via their WhatsApp and never received a response despite a promise of a reply within 48hours (I still have had no reply) I then contacted them on Instagram and I did get a response. I’ve then gone through a very lengthy procedure where I have needed to obtain a crime ref no and speak to the police. Several days have passed and with the very slow response from BW I have since used another company and had my extensions fitted. BW are now wanting proof of my new extensions before they can issue a refund!! I would not recommend using this company and find it absolutely disgraceful that I have spent over £500 on hair extensions. Terrible customer service. Update: I have since spoken to a senior member of staff today who has resolved the issue perfectly. The lady was very understanding and compassionate regarding the situation. I am very pleased with our conversation and the outcome and will use Beauty works again in the future. Many thanks
