I had an issue with an order that I purchased however Libby really helped me with resolving this and was very efficient! She arranged for replacement to be sent out and was very friendly.

Sophie Holloway is an absolute credit to your team! I ordered some extensions for a client I have due in on Thursday, but made an error with the delivery options which caused me to panic they wouldn’t arrive in time. Sophie took it upon herself to look in to this. She contacted the warehouse & pushed the order through to get it dispatched ASAP. Sophie kept me up to date throughout and I am massively impressed with the level of customer service!

My multi styler broke on Friday after 11 months (which can happen with any brand) so i sent an email late on the Friday evening not expecting to hear anything until the following week. On The Saturday morning got a phone call from a lovely lady called Lucy who could not apologise enough for what had happened and immediately organised for a replacement to be sent out first thing on the Monday morning. I honestly have NEVER came across customer service like it and i have worked in retail all my life! This was my first experience with Beauty Works and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family

I accidentally ordered the wrong extensions and was worried i wouldnt be able to get a refund but Lucy from customer service was amazing and sorted my issue so quickly via WhatsApp and was super helpful! I was using different extensions for years but on the recommendation of my sister in law I switched to beauty works as my hairdresser had opened an account with them, and I am so impressed with everything about them! The hair quality is gorgeous, the shades are beautiful and you get more hair in the pack so better value for money! I am so happy I've changed to beauty works couldn't have had a better experience! Bought 2 packs of slimline tape in extensions for thickness and length and am delighted from both aspects! They feel so natural even my hairdresser was impressed. Absolutely love my hair again. Have bought shampoo and conditioner too but still waiting for delivery so can’t comment on them yet. I will say the colour match was way off though, so glad I chose one myself and bought samples 1st as if I’d gone with the colour match It would have been way off! That said I’m so pleased with the product I can forgive ☺️
