I unfortunately paid next day delivery before 1pm & received a parcel that I hadn’t ordered. A broken crystal lamp got delivered?? So I got in touch with beauty works in an attempt to get mine back. I was told I ‘ had to look harder’ & that my parcel had been delivered.. After speaking to multiple people Lauren actually got to the bottom of it and helped me so much. She fixed the problem and I received the product I’d ordered the next day. 5 stars to Lauren not anything else.

Mega schnelle Lieferung und wirklich super schöne Haarqualität! Auch die Farbe war wie im Shop abgebildet und sehr schön natürlich gefärbte Reflexe in unterschiedlichen Nuancen. Werde demnächst auch einige Pflegeprodukte testen. Nur die gewünschte Beratung via Chat hat für mich nicht funktioniert, bin nicht über die KI-Hürde gekommen, um mit einem echten Menschen zu sprechen…

Spoken to Lauren today at beauty works customer services regarding my parcel that went missing at the courier depot, she was very helpful, chatty and polite, Lauren resolved my situation in a matter of 15 minutes and had a new parcel sent out again for next day delivery, could not fault this service at all! 10/10

Outstanding customer service Spoke to Ella regarding straighteners that were displaying a fault code , she told me she would send a replacement set and they would arrive within 3-5 days however after explaining I leave fri evening to go on holiday she changed delivery so they arrive before 1pm tomorrow (thurs). Absolutely fantastic
