I did a bit of research online and West Country estates had pretty good reviews. I think they contacted me first as I filled in something. Anyway we were both really unclear about what an LPA was and if we needed one. We made an appointment with them for an over the phone consultation - it was £100 cheaper- however as my husband is hard of hearing - they contacted me and said that they felt it was best to have a face 2 face appointment and that we would be charged the original price which was great! Victor was the gentleman who came to see us and he explained everything to us and we completed the LPA and new Wills- it was quite a pleasurable experience as it’s not the lightest of subjects and we have just received the drafts through and are awaiting the finished product. We found them competent, professional and friendly and Victor was great especially as I needed to make some amendments after he left. All in all a good service which I would recommend
